OUR FOUNDER
Juan Sanchez is the technical mind behind City Sprayer and Spray Alliance Corp. He’s been on job sites his whole career. He knows the equipment. He knows the chemistry. He knows what it takes to get foam on walls in buildings that weren’t designed for spray rigs. Before SAC, Juan served as National Technical Director at a major polyurethane manufacturer and managed twelve spray rigs at the largest independent SPF contractor in the Northeast. City Sprayer didn’t come from a product meeting. Juan needed a compact rig that could deliver full commercial power. It didn’t exist. So he built it.

How is City Sprayer different from other portable rigs?
Most portable spray rigs are built permanently into the vehicle. City Sprayer is designed to go where the job is. The frame fits through a standard 36" doorway and works with a pallet jack for high rise access. It runs a full Graco Reactor 3 with Katalyst software for real-time ratio monitoring and GPS-stamped job reporting. Portable when you need to move. Stationary when the job demands it.
Will it fit in my van?
Yes. Contractors typically install it in a 2500 or 3500 Sprinter van. It can be secured with shelving and organized for tools, or placed in a trailer. We’ve already installed setups in vans with small generators, stag wheel switches, and shore power connections.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we work with a trusted third-party provider. Financing is credit-based, and we’ll connect you with our partner. Most contractors also use Section 179 for a full write-off in the year of purchase.
What kind of warranty is included?
The frame comes with a 1-year warranty. Parts include the manufacturer’s standard warranties.
How heavy is the setup?
The City Sprayer setup weighs around 1,200 pounds, including the compressor and air dryer. It’s designed to stay within safe loading limits for Sprinter vans or trailers, and our team can guide you on the best vehicle specs.
